Orders

We will dispatch orders as soon as payment is confirmed. Whether you choose standard or express postage, we do recommend that you place your order several weeks before the party, to ensure you receive everything on time.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only, and may take longer if certain products are delayed from our suppliers. We aim to keep you notified of any delays.

Domestic Shipping

We deliver Australia wide by Australia Post and Fastway Couriers (Fastway to street addresses only). They both provide a reliable and speedy service. Using Fastway and Australia Post Express Post allows us to track all deliveries throughout Australia. An adult signature may be required at the time of delivery and if one isn’t available, a card may be left behind advising you that you have a delivery for collection.

Fastway

• $10.00 for major Eastern seaboard areas
• Regional, WA, SA and NT will be advised by email of the cost of delivery.

Australia Post Express Post

Approximately $17 throughout Australia for deliveries up to 5kg. If the order exceeds this amount, we will advise of additional charges.

International Shipping

We will deliver internationally via the Australia Post International eparcel system, which allows tracking for all parcels. International customers will be notified via email of charges for shipping once we have received your order. As a guide, standard economy international shipping starts from $25AUD. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery (depending on the country).

Out of Stock

From time to time a particular product may be temporarily out of stock or sold out. Should this occur, you will be notified with full details asking for instructions about your order.

Return Policy

For change of mind purchases, we will refund for the full order amount if you return the goods to us (intact) within 5 days. If the goods are damaged we will refund for the damaged goods if the order is returned to us (with damaged goods included) within 7 days.
